Our dust containment measures, including HEPA vacuum-integrated grinders and optional tenting, minimize airborne dust to maintain clean, safe environments—especially in active facilities. During the design-build phase, our team advises on flooring options to help clients achieve their design goals within budget. Additionally, we specialize in terrazzo repair and restoration, using advanced polishing techniques to rejuvenate worn surfaces, and for select projects, we offer turnkey concrete placing and finishing services, delivering complete, high-quality flooring systems from pour to polish.

FLOOR
PROTECTION

To reduce possible damage during the construction process, floor protection is critical. Perfect Polish offers stain protection and minor damage control by providing options including; Resinous Floor Protection System, Skudo protection, Ram Board placement, etc.

DUST CONTAINMENT/
TENTING

Perfect Polish reduces concrete polishing dust by using grinders integrated with a Hepa Vac system. To further reduce dust, tenting off areas may be necessary especially for projects in an open store or industrial facility with operating production lines.

PRE-CONSTRUCTION SERVICES

During the Design Build phase, Perfect Polish provides knowledge and experience about different flooring options and offer multiple design choices to help our clients meet their design intent within their budget.

TERRAZZO REPAIR
& RESTORATION

Dirt and grime builds up on Terrazzo causing discoloration. Perfect Polish uses a natural polishing process with diamond grinders to remove the sealer or wax, and grind down the Terrazzo to get a fresh, rejuvenated look.

CONCRETE PLACING
& FINISHING

For qualified projects, Perfect Polish offers an all-inclusive, turnkey concrete package including mix design, pour, finish, cure, and desired flooring.
